These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of H/T at humanitiesintech.com. H/T is operated by qiailabs.studio.

By creating an account, subscribing, accessing, or using H/T, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use H/T.

1. About H/T

H/T is an AI-assisted career-material drafting product. It helps users turn pasted resume text, pasted job listings, and structured follow-up answers into career application materials.

The V1 product may generate:

  1. A rewritten CV or resume
  2. A three-paragraph cover letter
  3. A missing-information or quantification checklist
  4. A positioning or gap note
  5. Clean HTML output that may be printed to PDF by the user
  6. Saved outputs so users can return later

For V1, H/T does not support file uploads, PDF parsing, RAG, vector databases, open-ended career-history chat, or multi-agent workflows in the customer-facing flow.

2. Who operates H/T

H/T is operated by qiailabs.studio.

We do not publish a public mailing address on this website. For support, legal, privacy, billing, or data requests, contact hello@humanitiesintech.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use H/T.

By using H/T, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use H/T.

You are responsible for:

  1. Providing accurate account information
  2. Keeping your login credentials secure
  3. All activity that occurs under your account
  4. Not sharing your account with unauthorised users
  5. Telling us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised

We use Supabase for authentication, account management, and database services.

5. Subscription and billing

H/T is offered as a monthly subscription at USD $9.99 per month.

By subscribing, you authorise our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before your next billing date.

You are responsible for reviewing the subscription price, renewal terms, and billing details before subscribing.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

Unless otherwise stated in the product or required by law:

  1. Cancellation stops future billing.
  2. Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already charged.
  3. You may continue to have access until the end of the current paid billing period.
  4. If your payment fails, we may suspend or limit access until payment is completed.

7. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by applicable law.

Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, technical failure that prevents access to the paid product, charges made after confirmed cancellation, or other cases we determine are appropriate.

Please review the Refund Policy before subscribing.

8. User inputs

You are responsible for all information you provide to H/T, including pasted resume text, job listings, career history, follow-up answers, and any other material you submit.

You agree not to submit:

  1. False employment history
  2. Fake credentials
  3. Invented education records
  4. Misleading achievements
  5. Fabricated metrics
  6. Confidential information you do not have permission to use
  7. Personal data about another person without permission
  8. Illegal, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing content

You should only provide accurate, truthful, relevant, and necessary information.

9. AI-generated outputs

H/T uses AI to help draft and structure career materials. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, unsuitable phrasing, or inaccurate assumptions.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all outputs before using them.

We do not verify your employment history, education, credentials, skills, achievements, metrics, or claims.

You must not submit AI-generated materials to employers, recruiters, schools, platforms, or other third parties without first checking that they are truthful, accurate, and appropriate.

10. No fabrication or dishonest resume inflation

H/T is designed to help users frame real experience clearly and strategically. It is not designed to fabricate experience.

You agree not to use H/T to:

  1. Invent jobs, internships, projects, degrees, awards, certifications, or employers
  2. Create fake metrics or exaggerated achievements
  3. Misrepresent your seniority, technical depth, or responsibilities
  4. Impersonate another person
  5. Create misleading application materials
  6. Circumvent hiring, screening, or verification processes dishonestly

We may suspend or terminate accounts that use H/T for dishonest, fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.

11. No job, interview, or ATS guarantee

H/T does not guarantee:

  1. Interviews
  2. Job offers
  3. Recruiter responses
  4. ATS ranking
  5. Improved employability
  6. Immigration, visa, or background-check outcomes
  7. Employer acceptance of any generated material
  8. A specific career result

Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including labour-market conditions, employer preferences, your real experience, competition, timing, screening systems, interviews, references, and background checks.

12. Not professional, legal, immigration, or recruitment advice

H/T provides AI-assisted drafting, positioning, and educational support.

It is not:

  1. A recruitment agency
  2. An employment agency
  3. A legal adviser
  4. An immigration adviser
  5. A financial adviser
  6. A licensed career counsellor where licensing is required
  7. A guarantee of employment

You should seek qualified professional advice where needed.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  1. Use H/T for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes
  2. Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or exploit the product, prompts, workflows, or methodology
  3. Interfere with or disrupt the service
  4. Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, databases, or infrastructure
  5. Use automated systems to overload or abuse the service
  6. Submit malicious code or harmful content
  7. Use H/T to create discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful materials
  8. Violate the rights of others

14. Intellectual property

qiailabs.studio owns or licenses all rights in H/T, including the product design, brand, methodology, prompts, workflows, templates, user interface, copy, software, and related materials.

You may use the career materials generated for you by H/T for your own personal job applications, career development, and related personal use.

You may not copy, resell, white-label, redistribute, reproduce, or commercialise H/T, its methodology, or its underlying prompt system without written permission.

15. Your content licence to us

You retain any rights you have in the content you submit.

By using H/T, you grant qiailabs.studio a limited licence to process, store, transmit, and use your submitted content and generated outputs solely as needed to:

  1. Provide the service
  2. Generate outputs
  3. Save your projects
  4. Troubleshoot and secure the product
  5. Respond to support and privacy requests
  6. Comply with legal obligations

16. Third-party services

H/T relies on third-party services, including Supabase, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Stripe, and Google.

We are not responsible for interruptions, failures, security incidents, policy changes, or service changes caused by third-party providers, although we will make reasonable efforts to operate the product responsibly.

Your use of payment services may also be subject to Stripe's terms and policies.

17. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data.

By using H/T, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

18. Service availability and changes

H/T is an MVP and may change over time.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the product at any time, including features, pricing, limits, prompts, workflows, or integrations.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

19. Termination or suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to H/T if we believe that you have:

  1. Breached these Terms
  2. Used the product dishonestly, abusively, fraudulently, or unlawfully
  3. Failed to pay subscription fees
  4. Created security, legal, operational, or reputational risk
  5. Misused the AI system or attempted to bypass safeguards

You may stop using H/T at any time. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing, subject to these Terms and the Refund Policy.

20. Disclaimer of warranties

H/T is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

21. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, qiailabs.studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, employment opportunity, or career outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to H/T will not exceed the amount you paid to use H/T in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some laws may not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

22. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless qiailabs.studio from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

  1. Your use of H/T
  2. Your breach of these Terms
  3. Your submission of false, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorised content
  4. Your use of generated outputs
  5. Your violation of third-party rights or applicable law

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of H/T after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

24. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or H/T will be subject to the courts of Singapore, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
